The CRC for Honey Bee Products worked to resolve industry problems that limited both the value and expansion of the Australian honey bee products industry.
The CRC for Honey Bee Products received Australian Government funding across five years to resolve industry problems limiting both the value and expansion of the Australian honey bee products industry. The CRC focused on making beekeeping an attractive business by adding value to the honey bee product, reducing the risks, re-tooling the industry and training the next generation of bee keepers.
If we hadn’t had the CRC Program support, AusIndustry support, there’s no way we could have been doing and supporting as many researchers as we have been doing to get this boom of new activity.
The CRC Program provides grant funding to support industry-led collaborative research partnerships solving industry-identified problems.
