Annual grants of $20,000 or triennial grants of $27,500.

Who is this for?

Event organisers holding an established event in regional NSW.

Overview

The Flagship Event Fund supports the promotion and marketing of events which attract overnight visitations to regional NSW. Events must have been running for more than two years and funding must be spent on marketing initiatives that encourage visitations from outside the region.

Funding may not be used :

  • as prize money, gifts or contributions to charitable groups
  • for performer / artists fees, infrastructure costs, travel expenses, or general administration costs

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, the event organiser must:

  • own the rights to the event
  • be financially solvent
  • be a company or incorporated association
  • have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • be running an event located in one of the six Destination Networks in NSW
