Matched funding of up to $25,000.

Who is this for?

Small to medium Queensland businesses wanting to export to international markets.

Overview

This program aims to help export-ready Queensland businesses with an internationally competitive offering to ‘go global’ by developing capability, providing market intelligence, accessing networks and making valuable connections.

There are 2 funding streams:

  • Micro export grant - $2500 to $5000
  • Macro export grant - $5001 to $25,000

Eligible project costs include, but are not limited to:

  • export business advisory services and tools
  • costs of product testing and redesign, packaging and labelling required to meet export market requirements
  • support to gain export accreditation and Free Trade Agreement documents
  • cost of a trial export program
  • costs associated with product approvals
  • professional advice (accounting, legal, financial)

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, you must:

  • have an Australian business number (ABN) and be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
  • be headquartered in Queensland
  • have no more than 200 full-time equivalent employees

In addition to the above standard eligibility criteria further requirements apply depending on the stream of funding being applied for.
