Overview

The Local Capability Fund provides funding to small and medium steel fabrication businesses to help them with the costs of gaining accreditation under the Steelwork Fabrication and Erection Standard for Australia (AS/NZS 5131).

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, you must:

  • have an Australian Business Number (ABN) or an Australian Company Number (ACN)
  • be based in Western Australia and continue to be based there for the next 12 months
  • have a turnover of between $250,000 and $100 million
  • be solvent
  • have been operating for at least three years
