The NT Arts Grants Program aims to:
- support the research, development or cultural development projects across all art forms
- support projects that present, exhibit, distribute or promote NT arts practice
- support projects that foster skills, knowledge, experience
- build community interest
- support emerging artists to access funding for the growth, presentation and promoting of skills-based projects

- 18 years or older
- an Australian citizen or permanent resident
