The department may collect, through your completion of the CDIC customer feedback survey, personal information including your name, personal details, business address and contact information, for the purposes of administering the CDIC customer feedback survey.

The information may be disclosed for the purposes of administering the CDIC customer feedback survey, and the CDIC program more generally, to CDIC staff, staff from the Department of Defence, the Minister for Defence Industry, staff members of the Minister’s Office, Parliament, and staff of other Commonwealth government agencies and ministerial offices relevant to the Defence Industry and Defence portfolios.

As part of the operation of the CDIC customer feedback survey, your information may be shared with Third Party Cohorts (TPCs), such as Defence contractors, state/territory governments and industry groups. The information you provide by completing the CDIC customer feedback survey will not be shared with a specific TPC without your express consent.

Personal Information obtained will be stored and held in accordance with the department’s obligations under the Archives Act 1983 (Cth).
