Who is the workshop aimed at?
The Managing Messy Problems online workshop is an interactive training course designed for leaders and managers who are dealing with complex issues by helping them reach their goals more efficiently.
Workshop outcomes
Participants will learn to:
- understand which kinds of problems are polarities to manage – rather than problems to solve
- identify the polarities that need to be managed in your project/organisation
- use the Polarity Map to visualise and monitor the tension between project polarities
- identify early warnings and steps that can be used to balance project polarities
