This workshop is suitable for beginners through to intermediate users of AI. It will demonstrate AI using ChatGPT and Claude.

Participants will learn how to use AI to:

  • create social media content
  • create business documents including proposals and quotes
  • analyse Excel data
  • understand Claude Connections and Skills.

Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops and be involved in the workshops hand-on activities:

  • write a tricky email in 2 minutes
  • create 10 social media posts
  • start or grow their custom prompt library.
