Overview

Funding is available to artists and arts workers to help them offset or recoup money lost due to cancelled arts and cultural activities due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions from Monday 16 August 2021.

The program supports individuals, groups and organisations who are ineligible for theĀ Territory Small Business Lockdown Payment Program.

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible as an individual, you must:

  • be an Australian citizen or have permanent residence status
  • be over 18 years of age
  • be a current resident of the Northern Territory.

To be eligible as an organisation, you must:

  • be legally constituted
  • have your main place of business registered in the Northern Territory
  • have an annual turnover of less than $75,000.

You must provide evidence of the cancellation of an activity due to lockdowns that came into force on Monday 16 August 2021, resulting in a loss of income.
