Access Asia Business Grants provide WA small to medium enterprises with funding to help them build or maintain competitiveness in Asian markets.

Who is this for?

WA small to medium enterprises.


Funding may be used for activities that enable businesses to:

  • adopt new business models to expand market share
  • scope new supply or value chains
  • develop export plans that manage COVID-19 implications
  • access new Asian markets or sectors
  • develop new partnerships through specialist in-market support and services
  • increase innovation in logistics and supply chain models
  • scope new e-commerce models and digital platforms
  • gather in-market intelligence to capture new opportunities
  • develop new marketing collateral for Asian markets

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, you must:

  • have an Australian business number (ABN) or an Australian company number (ACN) and be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
  • be a solvent WA based small to medium enterprise
  • have had operations in WA for at least 2 years
  • employ fewer than 200 people
