Funding of between $5,000 and $20,000.
Who is this for?
QLD organisations operating in the tourism or events industry.
Overview
The objectives of this grant scheme are:
- developments and/or enhancements for more accessible visitor experiences and/or enhance accessibility for tourism workers
- increase the capability of Queensland tourism and events businesses to support accessible visitor experiences.
Eligible projects include upgrading, purchasing or replacing infrastructure, products or services for the purpose of meeting the needs of persons with a disability, including as examples:
- modifying vehicles or vessels
- purchasing and installing new assistive or adaptive technology or equipment
- purchasing and installing new augmented reality technology or new virtual reality technology.
Check if you can apply
To be eligible, organisations must:
- have an established base operating in Queensland
- be currently operating in the tourism or events industry in Queensland
- have fewer than 20 full time equivalent employees
- be registered for goods and services tax (GST) or hold an exemption for GST.
