The COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program (CTSP) provides funding to travel agents and tour arrangement service providers to support them in dealing with the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Overview
Funding is available for travel agents and tour arrangement service providers who:
- have received a payment under Round 2 of the CTSP, or the Multi-outlet scheme of the CTSP, or both
- are a new business as determined by the eligibility criteria.
What are the eligibility criteria?
Eligibility criteria vary for existing grantees and new applicants.
Existing grantees must:
- have received a grant under the CTSP Round 2, Multi-outlet scheme, or both
- have solvent businesses which continue to operate and trade
- meet their legal obligations
- process credits and rebook consumers.
New applicants must:
- not have received a CTSP payment or been declined for a payment in previous rounds
- be a travel agent, inbound tour operator or tour arrangement service provider
- have a registered and active Australian business number (ABN)
- have businesses that started operations in the calendar year 2019 or prior to 31 March 2020
- have had an annual turnover (not sales) between $50,000 and $20 million for the calendar year 2019 or prior to 31 March 2020
- have an Australian bank account
- have businesses which continue to operate and are solvent.
You are not eligible to apply if you were:
- assessed as ineligible in a previous round
- a Round 1 grantee only.
