Commercial Landlord Hardship Fund 4
This program provides funding to Victorian small landlords who are experiencing hardship as a result of waiving rent for their tenant(s) between 16 January 2022 and 15 March 2022.
What you get?
Grants of up to $2000 per tenancy, and up to $3300 for landlords experiencing acute hardship.

Overview
Eligible small landlords and their tenants must have agreed a rent waiver or non-payment of at least 50% of the agreed rent relief provided between 16 January 2022 and 15 March under the Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme.
What are the eligibility criteria?
Landlords must:
- have total taxable landholdings of less than $3 million
- be able to confirm property ownership (within Victoria only)
- be the landlord of a property subject to a Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme agreement
- attest that commercial rent represents more than 50% of their total gross income for the 2019-20 financial year or any year thereafter.
