This program provides funding to Victorian sport and active recreation organisations directly affected by the October 2022 Victorian floods.

What do you get?

A one-off payment of $5,000.

Who is this for?

Victorian sport organisations affected by the October 2022 floods.


Funding is available to assist in the replacement of items that have been lost, damaged or destroyed, including:

  • paying equipment
  • injury prevention equipment
  • first-aid equipment
  • non-participation equipment
  • canteen or clubroom items
  • maintenance equipment.

Check if you can apply

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • be non-government and not-for-profit
  • be operating in Victoria and registered as an incorporated association, company limited by guarantee or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation
  • be delivering a sport or activity that is a person centric physical activity
  • adhere to the Fair Play Code, or relevant state sporting association code of conduct
  • maintain policies relating to the Child Safe Standards
  • comply with the Victorian Anti-doping Policy 2012
  • not have received funding under the Small Business Immediate Flood Relief Program
  • be located in an eligible Victorian local government area.
