NSW primary producers and primary production enterprises in eligible LGAs.
Overview
Primary producers and primary production enterprises approved for the full value of the $75,000 Special Disaster Grant in the agriculture, horticulture and aquaculture industry sectors are considered eligible for additional recovery support through the Critical Producer Grant. Forestry support is available for private native forestry leaseholders and timber plantation owners.
Targeted industries include:
- agriculture
- aquaculture
- horticulture
- forestry.
Check if you can apply
To be eligible, you must:
- be a primary producer
- hold an Australian business number (ABN) and have held that ABN at the time of the disaster
- have a primary production enterprise located in the defined area for the eligible disaster that has suffered direct damage as a result of the eligible disaster
- have been engaged in carrying on the primary production enterprise when affected by the eligible disaster
- intend to re-establish the primary production enterprise
- have incurred costs as a direct result of the disaster
- have evidence of costs incurred.
