Overview

This program aims to help businesses:

  • reduce anti-social behaviour in takeaway liquor outlets
  • ensure workers feel safe and secure at work
  • ensure Territorians feel safe within licensed premises.

The grant covers crowd control services that are engaged during hours of operation where the business is permitted to sell liquor, including:

  • grocery store that sells liquor on the premises
  • a public bar with a physical bottle shop
  • a club with a physical bottle shop
  • takeaway liquor outlet.

Check if you can apply

To be eligible, you must be running licensed premises and:

  • be a legal entity that is fully compliant with its liquor licence and its governing legislation
  • hold a valid Australian business number (ABN)
  • employ NT residents.
