Who is this for?

Victorian businesses, not-for-profits and organisations running fleet infrastructure.


This program aims to support projects that:

  • support the transition of business fleets to EVs
  • implement EV charging technology at business locations
  • support business leadership in the transition to EVs
  • help stimulate a second-hand EV market at end-of-vehicle lease (if applicable)
  • create project supply chain and local jobs
  • support smart charging infrastructure technology manufacturing, installation and maintenance opportunities within the State.

Allocation of the funding will vary depending on the fleet characteristics of the business, including demonstration of need, location, size of fleet, frequency of use and commitment to an EV transition plan.

What are the eligibility criteria?

In addition to meeting the program objectives, applicants must:

  • be a commercial-for-profit, not-for-profit or community organisation
  • be the owner of a business that employs at least one person, not including the business owner, and fewer than 20 people
  • provide evidence of the duration of operation e.g. financial reports
  • have an Australian business number (ABN)
  • operate at a premise in Victoria.
