Overview
The Farm Water Planning Scheme provides commercial broadacre farmers with a rebate to fund a comprehensive farm water audit process.
A farm water auditor will make a site inspection to help farmers develop a water supply plan which will identify ways to improve the sustainability of their on-farm water supplies.
What are the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible, you must:
- have an Australian business number (ABN) and be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
- have a commercial broadacre farm located in WA
- be located in an eligible shire
