Funding of up to $1,000 to seek engineering advice.

Who is this for?

Businesses in the River Murray region.

Overview

In preparation for the 2022-23 River Murray flood event, it is acknowledged that some businesses are investing in the remediation of existing, or construction of new levee embankments to protect their assets. To ensure integrity of these levee embankments, accredited engineering advice is required to ensure they are remediated or constructed appropriately.

The River Murray Privately Owned Levee Embankments Engineering Support Grant is being provided to assist businesses in funding appropriately qualified engineering service providers to advise them in the remediation or construction of their own flood protection.
