Live Performance Support Program (Suppliers) Round 2 VIC

This program provides funding to eligible contracted suppliers affected by the cancellation or postponement of events as a result of lockdowns and public health restrictions between 11:59pm on 27 May 2021 and 11:59pm on 2 September 2021.


What do you get?

Funding of either $200 or $500 per event.

Who is this for?

Suppliers of goods and services to Victorian live performance events.


Suppliers of goods and services involved with live performance events will be eligible for a grant of either $200 or $500 per event, depending on the level of loss or unrecoverable costs incurred.

They can apply for support for up to 20 events through Round 1 and Round 2 of the program. There is a cap of $4,000 in total support per applicant across the 2 rounds of the program.

Contracted suppliers include:

  • performers
  • crew
  • venue owners
  • merchandise sellers
  • technicians
  • engineers.

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, businesses must:

  • be in Victoria
  • be registered as operating in an eligible industry sector identified in the List of Eligible ANZSIC classes
  • have as its principal activity the supply of goods and services to performance events
  • be trading solvently at the time of application
  • hold an Australian business number (ABN), registered in Victoria, and have held that ABN from Thursday 27 May 2021
  • gain consent from the relevant event’s presenter to share their business and contact details in the application.
