New Market Entry provides small to medium-sized export businesses with funding to help them enter into an additional new market.

SA small to medium-sized export businesses.
Overview
Funding is available for eligible activities, including:
- export plans, market research, market entry strategy
- market access
- marketing, branding and promotion
- freight and logistics optimisation
- export training, mentoring and coaching
- outbound business support.
Matched (1:1) funding of up to $15,000, minimum $5,000 is available.
Applicants can apply for the New Market Entry funding when they have exhausted their $30,000 allocation under the Export Accelerator stream.
Check if you can apply
To be eligible, you must:
- be a registered SA business with an Australian business number (ABN)
- be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
- have a minimum annual turnover of $75,000
- have less than 200 full time equivalent employees
- have generated sales revenue for a minimum of 24 months in SA
- have a tradeable, export-ready good or service that is made in SA
- be able to commit and contribute 1:1 matched funding towards the proposed costs.
Additionally, your business must be from, or supporting one of the following priority sectors:
- creative industries
- defence industries
- energy and mining
- food, wine and agribusiness
- health and medical industries
- hi-tech
- international education
- space industries
- tourism.
