Overview

This program is open to 250 farm businesses across Victoria to measure their on-farm emissions profile and identify potential actions to manage and reduce emissions while maintaining productivity and profitability.

Participants will then be eligible for grant funding from the Victorian Government to fund recommended actions from a total pool of up to $5 million.

The pilot program is split into a series of rounds targeting a different commodity or combined commodity grouping.

Participants that have completed a personalised action plan will be eligible for 2 types of grants:

  • Action Plan grants – up to $16,000 in matched funding to support implementation of emission reduction actions
  • Innovation Fund grants – up to $100,000 in 2:1 (participant:government) co-contribution funding to support trialling or demonstrating innovative ideas or emerging technologies.
