On-Farm Energy Tier - 2 Grants provide primary producers with matched funding to help them improve their on-farm energy efficiency.

Matched funding of between $50,000 and $250,000.

Victorian primary producers.
Overview
Funding is available for farmers who have undertaken an On-farm Energy Assessment, to help them undertake projects that make energy improvements across farm systems.
All funding must be matched by a minimum cash co-contribution of $1 for every $1 funded.
What are the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible, you must:
- be a legal entity with an Australian business number (ABN)
- have a farm business located in Victoria that is either:
- cultivating or propagating plants, fungi or their products or parts (including seeds, spores, bulbs and similar things) in any physical environment, or
- maintaining animals for the purpose of selling them or their bodily produce, or
- manufacturing dairy produce from raw milk, or
- operating on-land aquaculture facilities
- be in receipt of a type 2 On-Farm Energy Assessment undertaken as part of the Agriculture Energy Investment Plan, or an approved equivalent energy assessment
- be able to meet the required cash contribution (minimum 50%)
