Who is this for?

Victorian businesses and organisations that produce or use recycled organics commercially.

Overview

Funding is available for eligible projects that improve process, performance or systems for existing recycled organics products.

The project must:

  • be located in or service Victoria
  • have the potential to increase market demand
  • improve existing recycled products
  • meet regulatory or planning requirements
  • be completed 2 years from commencement date.

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible, you must be a collaborative partnership of a research organisation and an organisation that produces or uses recycled organics commercially.

One of the project partners must be the lead applicant, who applies and is responsible for managing the project.

The lead applicant must:

  • be located in Victoria
  • have a current Australian business number (ABN)
  • have been operating for a minimum of 2 years
  • meet or exceed the minimum co-contribution requirements.

Examples of eligible non-research organisations include:

  • composting businesses
  • agricultural enterprises
  • civil construction businesses.
