Funding for VIC regional recycling facilities to upgrade infrastructure

This program provides funding to VIC regional resource recovery centres to help them upgrade recycling infrastructure.

Overview

Funding may be used for the following items, including but not limited to:

• sheds
• skip bins
• retaining walls
• weighbridges
• bin lifters
• hardstands
• earth works
• bollards
• access ramps
• equipment to manage materials for efficient transport (e.g. balers, shredders, compactors).

What are the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible for funding, you must:

• own or operate transfer station/resource recovery infrastructure that is of regional significance and located in regional Victoria
• be an incorporated body, cooperative or association
• be financially solvent.
