Resource Efficiency and Productivity (REAP) Grant SA
The Resource Efficiency and Productivity (REAP) Grant provides businesses and not-for-profit organisations with a 50% subsidy for a resource efficiency and productivity assessment.
Applications may be made at any time.
What do you get?
A subsidy of up to $10,000 for the assessment and a possible further $10,000 to implement the recommendations.
Who is this for?
South Australian businesses and not-for-profit organisations.
Overview
The assessment must be completed by an independent and impartial service provider (consultant), and must address one or more of the following:
- waste management improvements which prioritise waste avoidance, reduction, reuse and recycling
- energy efficiency and productivity
- water and trade waste management
- process or materials efficiency and productivity
Upon successful completion of REAP assessment, ‘kick-start’ funding (maximum $10,000) will be provided as a contribution towards implementing selected assessment recommendations.
What are the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible, you must:
- be a business or not-for-profit organisation operating in SA
- be to invest at least 50% of the cost of a REAP assessment
Funding is not available for installation of solar-power systems or battery storage.
