Funding of up to $90,000.

Who is this for?

Education and training providers, industry associations, employers and group training organisations.
 

Overview

This program aims to test new and innovative ideas to develop skills needed by industry. Projects where industry, VET providers and higher education institutions work together to develop solutions for existing or emerging areas of skills shortage, will be favourably viewed.

The focus is on supporting priority industry sectors to address critical skills needs.

Priority industry sectors include:

  • renewables and sustainability
  • technology (including cybersecurity and health informatics)
  • building and construction
  • tourism and hospitality
  • care sector (including aged care, childcare, and disability).

Check if you can apply

Applications will be accepted from individual businesses and organisations, including:

  • education and training providers or other organisations with training as a key focus of their business
  • industry associations
  • employers
  • group training organisations.

Applicants must also:

  • be operating in the ACT with a business address in the ACT
  • have an Australian business number (ABN)
  • be registered for goods and services tax (GST) if applicable
  • have current public liability insurance to a minimum level of $10 million
  • have workers compensation insurance.
