Small Business Artisan Producer Grants provide artisan food or non-alcoholic beverage producers with funding to help them grow their business and access new markets.

Overview
Small Business Artisan Producer Grants provides funding to artisan producers of gourmet food (including non-alcoholic beverages) to help them grow and market their business.
Businesses may use the funding to participate in training, engage a consultant, advisor or business coach for up to 3 months to help establish or grow the business.
The training, advice or services must be in one or more of the following areas:
- mentoring/coaching, professional business advice (i.e. information technology, legal, financial or digital)
- business and strategic planning (e.g. business growth or risk management plans, food safety plans)
- marketing, branding or digital strategy development, including market research
- website development or upgrades or technology for e-commerce (selling and receiving payments electronically)
What are the eligibility criteria?
To be eligible, you must:
- be an artisan producer of gourmet food (including non-alcoholic beverages) based in Queensland
- have a registered business name
- have fewer than 20 employees
- have an active Australian business number (ABN)
- be headquartered in Queensland
- not be insolvent or have owners/directors that are an undischarged bankrupt
- use ingredients in a unique or skilled manner
- be sensitive to the impact of production on people and environment
