Overview
Funding is available for projects implemented in WA, handling or processing waste wholly or primarily sourced in WA.
Examples of infrastructure that may be funded by the program include:
- new or enhanced major organics processing facilities e.g. anaerobic digestion, tunnel composting, windrow composting facilities
- sheds to receive or house material during the early composting stage
- engineered compost pads
- shredders
- trommel screens
- aeration management equipment.
Check if you can apply
Organisations eligible for funding include:
- businesses (normally with at least one year of continuous operation)
- incorporated community groups
- local governments
- not-for-profit organisations
- regional councils.
