The Mid-Career Checkpoint program is helping workers in COVID-19 impacted industries to up-skill, and helping carers looking to return to the workforce.

What is the Mid-Career Checkpoint?

The Mid-Career Checkpoint assists people who have taken time out of the workforce to care for their families and are looking to rejoin the paid workforce or advance their careers. It is also available to existing workers in COVID-19 affected, female dominated industries.

It provides a free skills and employment assessment to help identify training, employment and career goals. There is also a training incentive of up to $3000 ex GST to assist eligible participants with recommended accredited training.
