Lean manufacturing workshop

This is not your typical Lean Manufacturing Workshop. This series has been designed based on the feedback of industry and will provide fresh insights into Lean Thinking and the challenges of sustainably improving your business’ operational performance.  It is known that Lean Concepts are powerful tools to increase productivity, improve quality, and encourage employee engagements whilst minimising waste and reducing business costs.

This workshop will demonstrate the value of Lean to your business and identify an approach that will ensure you maximise the rate of change and return on investment in your business. At the workshop you'll also receive an assessment of the cultural, leadership, and business maturity of your operation, and be provided with a range of self-help techniques, guides and assessments.

The event will incorporate a practical simulation that will demonstrate the indisputable value of Lean applied to SME manufacturers and distributors. You will leave with tangible actions that can be implemented immediately, and will be provided with a library of resources to guide you through your journey.

This event is designed for 2-3 key personnel from each business, including the business owner and/or manager, to attend the 2-day workshop.
