This adviser provides learning and development opportunities for Tasmanian dairy farming businesses and their employees.
Our Farm, Our Plan is a free support program designed to help Tasmanian dairy farmers clarify their long term goals, prioritise and identify actions needed, and to better manage uncertainty and risk.
The program is delivered via in-person workshops over 3 sessions, or via Zoom workshops over 6 sessions, and includes 1:1 follow-up sessions with a trained consultant/facilitator. The sessions are held over 24 months and give you structure around where you are heading and what to focus on to get there.
