Overview
The Government of South Australian is providing an eID device rebate to South Australian sheep and goat producers. The assistance is a 50% rebate up to a cap of $0.95 (GST exclusive) on the purchase price of each eligible National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) accredited eID device purchased between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023.

To be eligible, applicants must:
- have an active and current property identification code (PIC) registered with PIRSA
- provide copies of official receipts or invoices and proof of payment for the purchase of eligible devices.
Eligible devices must be:
- NLIS accredited breeder eID (RFID) devices
- purchased between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023
- NLIS approved eID (RFID) devices for sheep and goats
- coloured sky blue for 2023 year of birth.
