Overview

Funding may be used for the purchase of essential eID equipment and some limited infrastructural costs, including:

  • scanners
  • readers
  • wands
  • power supplies
  • Wi-Fi boosters
  • metal interference mitigation materials
  • tablets.

To be eligible, you must:

  • be registered with the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) with an appropriate Property Identification Code (PIC)
  • have a current Australian business number (ABN)
  • be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
  • have an account with an Australian financial institution.
