Who is this for?
Owners of State heritage listed places in South Australia.
Overview
There are 3 categories of funding:
Simple
- up to $5,000
- documentation e.g. architect fees, conservation management plans, dilapidation reports, development application drawings/schedules
Complex
- up to $10,000
- maximum available for residential properties with multiple components, e.g. facade conservation
Major
- up to $20,000
- only available for non-residential properties with multiple components.
Check if you can apply
The following types of work may be eligible for funding:
- document proposed conservation works (e.g. conservation management plans, dilapidation studies, development application drawings)
- works that conserve significant building fabric
- works that protect the heritage value of the building or structure
- work that ensures the structural integrity of a building or structure
- works that reinstate or protect significant characteristics of a State Heritage Area (e.g. shopfronts, verandahs)
- project management fees and development approval fees where applicable.
