Funding for large-scale trials of feed supplements

Overview

Funding is available to support one or more large-scale trials of feed supplements that will demonstrate:

• estimation of the emissions reduction from livestock receiving the feed supplements
• cost-effective solution(s) ready for commercialisation
• the feasibility and benefits of low emissions feed supplements to Tasmania’s agriculture sector.

Check if you can apply

To be eligible, applicants must:

• be an entity with an existing and ongoing presence located in Tasmania or show evidence of a partnership with an entity with an existing and ongoing presence located in Tasmania
• be registered for tax purposes in Australia with an active Australian business number (ABN)
• be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
• not be subject to any current or pending legal proceedings, including bankruptcy or liquidation
• not have already received support from the Tasmanian government for the same project
• not be a government entity, including local, state and Australian government agencies, and government business enterprises or state-owned companies.
