Funding to scale up manufacturing capacity to produce low carbon products

Overview

This program aims to help businesses:

• prepare for and establish new industrial facilities and manufacturing capabilities
• create growth and profit from investment in new and emerging low carbon industries
• become more diverse, self-sufficient, resilient and competitive by maximising local resources and industries.

Funding may be used for the production and manufacturing of low carbon products, including but not limited to:

• building materials
• chemicals
• power fuels and biofuels derived from biomass
• agricultural inputs.

There are 2 streams of funding available:

• project development
• construction ready.

To be eligible, you must

• hold or be willing to obtain an Australian business number (ABN)
• be or will become registered for goods and services tax (GST)
• hold or obtain all relevant insurances
• be undertaking a project in NSW
• be an eligible organisation.
