From risk to respect: Workshops for preventing workplace sexual harassment
This workshop provides NSW businesses with information on preventing, identifying and addressing sexual harassment in their workplaces.
Preventing workplace sexual harassment isn’t just about having policies in place – it’s about creating a culture of safety to protect your workers in the long-term.
SafeWork NSW is offering free face-to-face workshops at locations across NSW starting in 2026. These one-day workshops will help you understand the drivers of gender-based harm, and how taking a work health and safety approach helps prevent workplace sexual harassment.
What you'll learn:
- why sexual harassment happens – the societal factors that lead to gender-based harm
- how to identify and manage risks of workplace sexual harassment using a work health and safety risk management approach
- practical actions to help meet your work health and safety legal obligations
