This workshop creates a safe, culturally respectful space for Aboriginal entrepreneurs and those thinking about starting a business to explore the beliefs, fears and pressures that can impact confidence, decision-making and growth.

Through guided reflection, group discussion and practical tools, participants will identify common mindset barriers in business, understand how lived experience and community expectations can shape self-belief, and learn strategies to move beyond limiting beliefs. The session focuses on building confidence, strengthening identity as a business owner, and developing a healthier relationship with success, money and leadership.

Participants will leave with greater self-awareness, practical mindset tools, and a renewed sense of confidence to move forward in their business journey.
