This workshop is designed to help VIC employers from small to medium businesses improve psychological health and safety.
Victoria’s Psychological health regulations strengthen employer obligations to protect employees from the causes of psychological harm, which continues to be one of the fastest-growing causes of workplace injury.
This is a free online 2.5 hour workshop designed to help employers from small to medium businesses improve psychological health and safety.
The workshop helps you:
- understand your OHS responsibilities under the Psychological health regulations
- understand how to implement a risk management process to identify, assess, control and review psychosocial hazards and risks
- improve your knowledge about psychosocial hazards in the workplace such as aggression or violence, bullying, sexual harassment and high job demands
- access free tools, resources and information
- access to extra support with a follow-up online Q&A session with a WorkSafe Psychological Health and Safety Specialist.
