Psychosocial hazards for small business leaders
This workshop provides small business leaders with information on how to identify and respond to psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
As a small business owner, you have a responsibility to eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks to safeguard your staff's wellbeing and mental health. But what does this mean, and how does it work?
