The Aboriginal Business Capability Building Program seeks to help Aboriginal businesses and support them through building business capacity in several areas.

The program is delivered one-on-one by a Morrgul mentor who develops a tailored action plan, that is personalised to the client's business.

Mentors help businesses with the following:

  • business growth – how to establish a business and grow it
  • winning government tenders – how to find government tenders and become a preferred supplier
  • pricing – how much to charge when quoting for work
  • marketing – attracting customers and how to communicate with them
  • government and compliance – developing good internal systems and processes to manage obligations.
