John Chapman is the SA government’s Regional Coordinator for Whyalla. His role is to support local businesses impacted by the closure of the blast furnace at the Whyalla steelworks by helping them to:

  • identify challenges and opportunities
  • connect with government support and funding programs
  • keep informed about what is happening locally and across government.

Working closely with businesses, industry and government agencies, he helps ensure the right support is available and that businesses can access the assistance, information and opportunities they need to move forward with confidence.
