Overview

The Electrification Skills Program aims to support Victoria’s gas substitution reforms, help meet consumer demand for energy efficient appliances and homes, and prepare for new building electrification and minimum efficiency standards.

Fully funded training opportunities are available for electricians, plumbers, gasfitters and other workers, including:

split system air con and heat pump training
EV charger design and installation training
technical support for commercial and industrial solar
switchboard upgrades training.
