This free course is designed to provide business owners and managers with the skills to develop a robust business continuity plan to help them:

  • effectively navigate disruptions

The course is run over 7 x 90-minute weekly workshops, followed by 30 minutes of networking. All sessions are fully supported by online delivery if participants are not located near the onsite location.
