What do you get?
Up to $5 million to accelerate your research project under Streams 1 and 2 and up to $500,000 for a targeted research project under Stream 3.
Who is this for?
Eligible organisations such as universities, medical research organisations, corporations and corporate Commonwealth entities that can translate medical research into health benefits and can put health care solutions into practice.
Overview
The 2022 Rapid Applied Research Translation Grant Opportunity is part of the Medical Research Future Fund and the Rapid Applied Research Translation Initiative.
This initiative is investing in research projects that encourage academic researchers and health service providers to collaborate to improve health care delivery, services and systems sustainability.
Three streams of funding are available.
- Streams 1 and 2 (Accelerator): rapid translation of research evidence into clinical practice
- Stream 3 (Targeted Call for Research): adoption of evidence-based practice into health care.
Eligible organisations can submit a maximum of one application to either Stream 1 or Stream 2 and/or Stream 3.
