Overview

This program provides highly concessional finance to help heavy industry reduce emissions and to scale up domestic manufacturing of renewable and low-emissions technologies.

The target areas include:

  • large-scale facilities: investing in new equipment, technologies, and processes for industrial decarbonisation
  • low emissions manufacturing: scaling up manufacturing cor solar, wind, and energy storage supply chains.

  • renewable energy generation, transmission, distribution or storage
