WA small businesses impacted by Tropical Cyclone Narelle and/or associated flooding.
Overview
Funding is intended to contribute to the costs associated with restoring damaged property to enable the resumption or continuation of trading.
Eligible expenses, include but are not limited to:
- equipment and materials to undertake clean-up
- carting away damaged goods and material
- disposal costs
- payment for trades people to conduct safety inspections
- essential repairs to premises and internal fittings
- purchase or hire/lease costs for equipment to ensure the resumption of trade
- replacement of stock essential to the immediate resumption of trading.
Check if you can apply
To be eligible, small businesses must:
- have a valid and active Australian business number (ABN) at the time of the event
- have been operating and located primarily within the LGAs of Exmouth, Ashburton, Carnarvon, Shark Bay, Upper Gascoyne or Murchison during the time of the disaster
- have no more than 20 FTE employees
- provide a direct service to the local community.
