Ahead of Australia's first mandatory sustainability reporting standards coming into effect from the beginning of next year, businesses are increasingly required to take steps to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions within their operations. Carbon accounting enables businesses to quantify the impact of goods and services by identifying the source of emissions across the entire organisation and strategically develop actions to reduce their carbon footprint.

This full-day training session will cover the core aspects of decarbonisation and carbon accounting for businesses, and is aimed at those with executive management, finance, strategic planning, governance and sustainability roles.

The training session will outline all there is to know about embedding carbon accounting practices in business operations and how they can create effective end-to-end solutions to measure, reduce and report their carbon emissions. Following the training, there will be an interactive group session where participants will discuss carbon accounting the impact on their business.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided. When registering, please make sure you enter your contact details and specify any dietary requirements.
