Session 1:

• registering the agreement
• understanding pay rates.

Session 2:

This session will focus on building on the foundations established in part one, this session will explore the key responsibilities employers must meet throughout the duration of an apprenticeship or traineeship. Key topics include:

• demystifying the legal and administrative responsibilities of hiring apprentices and trainees
• providing practical tools and strategies for smooth onboarding and management
• building employer confidence in creating positive, compliant working relationships 
• paying superannuation
• issuing payslips
• managing training fees
• understanding allowances.

Both sessions will end with a Q and A segment.
